Blink are one of the best nu skool punk bands to reach success this year i have seen them live once.Heres some info:It all started when the group now know as Blink 182 met at an annual Future Protologist of America camping trip. Mark, Tom and Scott found they all had a love for songs about the same things. Ever since then Blink 182 has been all around the world touring the US, Canada, Japan and Austrailia with bands including Pennywise and NOFX.

The Name?

Blink 182's name use to be Blink. They had to change it because an Irish band with the same name threatened to take legal action if they didn't
They picked the number 182 becuase it's Mark's ideal weight, the number of talk shows Scott watched last summer involving club kids, the case number for when Blink 182 raped their neighbor's horse, Rancho Bernardo, the city Blink 182 hails from, contains the initials 'r' and 'b', which are the 18th and 2nd letters of the alaphabet. If you add 1 and 8 you get 9 and if you subtract 2 from 8, you get 69.
